Municipal Corporation Faisalabad is inviting electronic bids for annual framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Annual Framework Contract for Execution of Patch Work (Material) on the Roads in the Jurisdiction of MCF (FY 2026-27) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 15,000,000) - Annual Framework Contract for Restoration of Road Cut, PCC, RCC and Tuff Tile (FY 2026-27) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 30,000,000) - Annual Framework Contract for Repair / Rehabilitation of Govt. Residences Municipal Corporation Faisalabad (FY 2026-27) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 150,000,000) - Annual Framework Contract for the Daily Operation, Maintenance and Repair of Clock Tower, Clock Work Mechanism, Dial & illumination etc. Faisalabad (FY 2026-27) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 14,000,000) The technical scope includes patch work and material supply for road maintenance, restoration of road cuts using PCC, RCC, and tuff tiles, comprehensive repair and rehabilitation of government residences, and specialized maintenance of the iconic Clock Tower and its mechanisms. Contractors must ensure compliance with all technical specifications as outlined in the bidding documents. Eligibility requires PEC registration in the relevant category, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of a Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, to be uploaded electronically via Punjab e-PS. No physical CDRs, pay orders, or bank guarantees will be accepted. Hard copies of bids are not required. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. The deadline for electronic bid submission is 26 August 2026 at 1:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:00 PM the same day at Iqbal Hall, MCF office, Faisalabad.
