PCC Flooring Works at Compressor Station CC-1 (Haranpur)

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites sealed bids for PCC Flooring Works at Compressor Station CC-1 (Haranpur) located in Multan. This procurement is for civil works involving excavation, sub-base preparation, and PCC flooring. Items being procured: - Excavation/Sub Base: Removing existing debris, excavation/removal of 5" thick earth and shifting away from the site, providing, laying, compaction, watering of brick ballast or stone ballast 3" thick including watering complete in all respects (5500 sq ft) - PCC (1:2:4) Flooring: Providing and laying of 2" thick PCC (1:2:4) including surface preparation and leveling with trowel and curing complete in all respects (5500 sq ft) The scope includes complete site preparation and flooring works at the compressor station. The work must be completed within 60 days after provision of site. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid professional tax and provincial sales tax registration, and comply with all statutory requirements. Bid security of PKR 40,000/- is required in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 and a hard copy of bid security submitted to SNGPL Transmission Office, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan. The deadline for submission is Monday, September 21, 2026 at 09:30 AM, with bid opening at 10:00 AM the same day. Payment terms are 45 working days after submission of completion certificate and approved invoice. A 10% retention will be held until satisfactory completion of the 6-month maintenance period.
