Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP Civil Lines Branch Jhelum (0344) RO Jhelum. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope method using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, flooring, doors, glass partitions, electrical and plumbing fixtures
- Reinforced cement concrete works (3000 PSI) for beams and lintels
- Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars
- Brick masonry work with 1:4 cement sand mortar
- Plaster work with 12mm thickness
- PCC flooring 37mm thick rough finish
- Porcelain tiles flooring 1200mm x 600mm
- Granite skirting and threshold
- External tempered frameless glass doors
- Internal wooden frame tempered glass doors
- Glass partitions with 12mm tempered glass
- Wooden partitions with MDF
- Internal and external paint works
- Gypsum sheet false ceiling and laminated gypsum tile false ceiling
- Cornice architrave
- Graffiato paint on front elevation
- Granite on stairs and floors
- PVC wall panelling
- Tuff tiles
- Fiber glass shed canopy
- Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, data/voice/TV wiring
- Supply and installation of lights, fans, power sockets, miniature circuit breakers
- Shifting of IT cabinet/data/server room panels
The scope covers all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the complete renovation and refurbishment as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and specifications. The work is to be executed at the NBP Civil Lines Branch Jhelum.
Eligibility criteria include active FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority registration, valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, and completion of at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified.
The contract duration is 45 days with a performance guarantee requirement of 0%. Payment terms and other contractual conditions are detailed in the bidding documents. A pre-bid clarification deadline is October 20, 2026. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, visit the site at their own expense, and ensure compliance with all requirements. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated based on the least cost selection method. The successful bidder will be notified through EPADS and required to sign the contract and furnish performance security as applicable.
