The National Logistics Corporation (NLC), a statutory corporation, invites fresh applications from contractors for pre-qualification and enlistment for a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects across Pakistan. Applications must be submitted online via the Contractors Enlistment Portal on the NLC website, accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 in the form of demand draft or pay order payable to National Logistics Corporation - HQ Engineers Collection. The enlistment certificates will be issued after evaluation of complete applications. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. Eligibility requires registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories, valid FBR registration, and proven experience in similar projects. Already enlisted contractors may apply online for changes in financial limits or enlistment category as per PEC updates. The advertisement is valid until 31st December 2026. Applications must be uploaded before 11:30 am on the last working day of each month.
