Pre-Qualification of Firms for Construction and Consultancy Services by Military Engineer Services GHQ Rawalpindi

The Military Engineer Services (MES) at the Engineer-in-Chief Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, invites applications along with credentials for the pre-qualification of firms, contractors, and consultants. This pre-qualification is for upcoming tender documents related to construction and consultancy works under the E-in-C's Branch. The works cover a wide range of locations including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Hyderabad, Gwadar, and many others across Pakistan. Items being procured: - Construction/Provision of Certain Residential/Non-Residential Services/Facilities at multiple cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Hyderabad, Sakrand, Jacobabad, Sargodha, Pattoki, Gwadar, Ormara, Turbat, Taxila, Kamra, Kharian, Mangla, Chunian, Malir, Senwan, Puno Aqil, Sujawal, Chhor, Chaklala, Attock, Nowshera, Peshawar, Risalpur, Bannu, Kohat, Barotha, Cherat, Zhob, Khuzdar, Loralai, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Multan, Kotri, Abbottabad, Jhelum, Jarikas, Quetta, Okara, and Kallar Kahar - Consultancy Services (Design/RE Supervision) for certain works at Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Gwadar, Ormara, Turbat, Taxila, and Kamra Firms must provide details including work order locations, pictures of completed projects, and satisfactory completion certificates. Eligible firms should have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services and be registered with PEC in the relevant field. Only firms enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 and above with validity up to June 2027 are eligible. Preference is given to firms enlisted with MES in Category A. A 2% refundable bid security is required for non-enlisted firms. Firms must also be pre-qualified with the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi and have no outstanding DI&E recoveries. Tenders will be issued only to pre-qualified firms and must be received at the E-in-C's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi by 1130 hours on 31 August 2026. The tender opening will occur the same day at 1200 hours. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
