Pre-Qualification of Firms for Construction and Consultancy Services at Multiple Cities by Engineer-in-Chief Branch GHQ

Applications along with credentials are invited by the Engineer-in-Chief Branch, Gate No.7, GHQ Rawalpindi for pre-qualification of firms, contractors, and consultants for issuance of tender documents for works under E-in-C s Branch as per PPRA Rules 2004. The works include: - Construction / Provision of Certain Residential, Non-Residential, Services, and Facilities at Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Hyderabad, Sakrand, Jacobabad, Sargodha, Pattoki, Gwadar, Ormara, Turbat, Taxila, Kamra, Kharian, Mangla, Chunian, Malir, Senwan, Puno Aqil, Sujawal, Chhor, Chaklala, Attack, Nowshera, Peshawar, Risalpur, Bannu, Kohat, Barotha, Cherat, Zhob, Khuzdar, Loralai, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Multan, Kotri, Abbottabad, Jhelum, Jarikas, Quetta, Okara, and Kallar Kahar. - Consultancy Services (Design/RE Supervision) for certain works at Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Gwadar, Ormara, Turbat, Taxila, and Kamra. Firms must provide details including work order locations and pictures of completed projects with satisfactory completion certificates. Eligible firms should have experience in Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing works/services registered with PEC in the relevant field. Applicants must submit personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and tax returns for the last three years. Only firms enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 and above with validity up to June 2027 or MES in Category A are eligible. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Pre-qualification is with Engineer-in-Chief Branch GHQ Rawalpindi. No outstanding DI&E recoveries or special DI&E reports are allowed. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at E-in-C Branch GHQ Rawalpindi by 1130 hours on 31 August 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules 2004.
