Pre-Qualification for Various Repair and Maintenance Works by Military Engineer Services

Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for various repair and maintenance works under different General Engineer (GE) divisions at Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The works include supply and repair of B&R items, furniture repair and maintenance, and miscellaneous repair works at multiple MES units. Items being procured: - Bazar Supply For B&R Items under B&R-II Sub Division of GE DFHQ Ckl - Misc Repair / Maintenance / Replacement Works under GE DFHQ Ckl - Misc Repair / Maintenance / Replacement Works under GE Maint DP Ckl - Appointment of Govt Auctioneer - Misc Repair / Maintenance / Replacement Works under GE NDU - Repair/maintenance of Furniture, Replacement of Defected Parts, Re-Polishing, Re-Cushioning & Washing / Dry Cleaning at Block No.3 under GE Maint/Project NDU Complex Islamabad - Misc Repair/Maint Works at HQ NSC under GE NSC Chaklala The scope covers repair, maintenance, replacement, polishing, washing, and cleaning of furniture and other items at various MES locations. Contractors enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C & D with sufficient experience and credentials are eligible to apply. Firms not on the approved MES list must provide proof of experience, financial standing, staff details, and tools. A 2% earnest money deposit of the estimated cost is required in the form of FDR. Tender documents will be issued to scrutinized contractors on 09 September 2026. Bids must be submitted by 15 September 2026 at 1130 hours and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours at the accepting officer's office in Rawalpindi. Interested bidders should ensure their applications are complete with all required documents and earnest money to avoid disqualification.
