The works require specialized equipment such as concrete mixers, vibrators, scaffolding, and skilled personnel including civil, electrical engineers, architects, and quantity surveyors registered with PEC. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration with relevant specialization codes, active NTN and SRB certificates, minimum five years of experience in similar works, annual turnover of at least Rs. 9.5 million, and submission of bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount.
