Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) Karachi invites bids for repair and maintenance works of SS Kotri Hospital Main Building for the fiscal year 2026-27. The works are to be completed within 4 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered contractors with valid PEC certificates, NTN and SRB registrations, minimum 5 years of relevant experience, and an annual turnover of at least Rs. 7.94 million. Bidders must submit a pay order of Rs. 3000 as bid document fee and a bid security of 5% of the bid amount. Detailed lists of required equipment and qualified technical staff are specified.
