The Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) invites bids for the Repair and Maintenance Work of SS Landhi Hospital O.T Work for the fiscal year 2026-27 in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Dismantling work of Residential Single room flats at staff colony SSKV Hospital - Repair/Maintenance work of Site Circle Office - Establishing of Emergency Exit Stair Case at SESSI Head Office - Repair/Maintenance work of Site West Directorate Karachi - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Landhi Hospital O.T work - Repair/Maintenance work of Landhi Circle (Compound Wall) - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Korangi Circle & Accommodations No. 5 ½ - Repair/Maintenance work of Kidney Center Landhi (Admn Block, Dialysis Ward & Roof Work) - Repair/Maintenance work of Fatima Jinnah Medical Center under City Circle - Repair/Maintenance work of Hyderabad Hospital - Repair/Maintenance work of Hyderabad Directorate Office - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Kotri Hospital main building - Repair/Maintenance work of Kotri Directorate Office - Repair/Maintenance work of Kotri Circle - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Kotri City Dispensary under Kotri Circle - Repair/Maintenance work of SS Mirpurkhas Dispensary under Hyderabad Circle - Repair/Maintenance work of Larkana Dispensary under Sukkur Circle The scope includes excavation, reinforced concrete work, masonry, plastering, dismantling, fabrication of steel reinforcement, removal of doors/windows, marble flooring, painting, aluminum and UPVC framing, and wood joinery. The work requires compliance with PEC registration, valid tax certificates, minimum 5 years experience, and an annual turnover of at least Rs. 14.42 million. Bidders must submit a pay order of Rs. 3000 as bid document fee and a bid security of 5% of the bid amount. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the SPPRA EPADS portal. The contract duration is 4 months from the date of commencement. Performance security of 10% of contract amount is required. The bid opening and submission deadline is 25th November 2026 at 10:00 and 10:30 am respectively. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
