Repair and Maintenance Works of Fatima Jinnah Medical Centre and Various SESSI Facilities Karachi

The Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) invites bids for comprehensive repair and maintenance works at Fatima Jinnah Medical Centre under City Circle and multiple other SESSI facilities across Karachi. This procurement covers a wide range of civil, plumbing, sanitary, and finishing works aimed at improving infrastructure and operational efficiency within the institution's premises. Items being procured: - Dismantling work of residential single room flats at staff colony SSKV Hospital - Repair and maintenance of Site Circle Office - Establishing emergency exit staircase at SESSI Head Office - Repair and maintenance of Site West Directorate Karachi - Repair and maintenance of SS Landhi Hospital O.T work - Repair and maintenance of Landhi Circle compound wall - Repair and maintenance of SS Korangi Circle and accommodations No. 5 ½ - Repair and maintenance of Kidney Center Landhi (Admin Block, Dialysis Ward & Roof Work) - Repair and maintenance of Fatima Jinnah Medical Center under City Circle - Repair and maintenance of Hyderabad Hospital - Repair and maintenance of Hyderabad Directorate Office - Repair and maintenance of SS Kotri Hospital main building - Repair and maintenance of Kotri Directorate Office - Repair and maintenance of Kotri Circle - Repair and maintenance of SS Kotri City Dispensary under Kotri Circle - Repair and maintenance of SS Mirpurkhas Dispensary under Hyderabad Circle - Repair and maintenance of Larkana Dispensary under Sukkur Circle The scope includes civil works such as tile dismantling, masonry, plastering, painting, and structural repairs; plumbing and sanitary installations including uPVC piping, valve chambers, sanitary fixtures, and fibre glass tanks; and non-schedule items like steel gate repairs and roof screeding. The works are to be executed in Karachi with a completion period of four months from the commencement date. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered contractors with valid PEC certificates, NTN and SRB registrations, and at least five years of relevant experience. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the bid amount and a bid document fee of Rs. 3000. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure via the SPPRA EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically by 25th November 2026 at 10:00 a.m., with bid opening at 10:30 a.m. on the same day. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
