The Sindh Employees Social Security Institution (SESSI) Karachi invites bids for comprehensive repair and maintenance works of Korangi Circle and Accommodations No. 5 ½ for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement covers multiple civil and plumbing works across various SESSI facilities in Karachi and other Sindh locations. Items being procured: - Dismantling work of residential single room flats at staff colony SSKV Hospital - Repair and maintenance work of Site Circle Office - Establishing emergency exit staircase at SESSI Head Office - Repair and maintenance work of Site West Directorate Karachi - Repair and maintenance work of SS Landhi Hospital O.T work - Repair and maintenance work of Landhi Circle compound wall - Repair and maintenance work of SS Korangi Circle and Accommodations No. 5 ½ - Repair and maintenance work of Kidney Center Landhi (Admin Block, Dialysis Ward & Roof Work) - Repair and maintenance work of Fatima Jinnah Medical Center under City Circle - Repair and maintenance work of Hyderabad Hospital - Repair and maintenance work of Hyderabad Directorate Office - Repair and maintenance work of SS Kotri Hospital main building - Repair and maintenance work of Kotri Directorate Office - Repair and maintenance work of Kotri Circle - Repair and maintenance work of SS Kotri City Dispensary under Kotri Circle - Repair and maintenance work of SS Mirpurkhas Dispensary under Hyderabad Circle - Repair and maintenance work of Larkana Dispensary under Sukkur Circle The scope includes civil works such as dismantling, masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, aluminum window fixing, steel grill doors, and plumbing works including pipe laying, sanitary fittings, fiber glass tanks, and bathroom accessories. The works are to be executed at multiple sites with detailed specifications and quantities provided in the Bill of Quantities. Bidders must be registered contractors with valid PEC certificates, NTN, SRB registrations, and have a minimum of 5 years experience in similar works. An earnest money deposit of 5% of the bid amount is required in the form of deposit at call, pay order, or bank guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA EPADS portal by 25th November 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Technical and financial proposals must be complete and comply with all mandatory eligibility criteria including equipment ownership and qualified technical staff. The bid security shall remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The contract duration is 4 months with a defects liability period of 365 days. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
