Hiring of Event Management Firm for PESX - Punjab Education Summit & Expo 2026

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a lump sum basis from eligible firms, companies, or sole proprietors for the hiring of an event management firm for the PESX - Punjab Education Summit & Expo 2026 in Lahore. The procurement follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Arrangements for Punjab Education Summit & Expo 2026 The scope includes comprehensive event management services for the summit and expo, ensuring quality execution in line with PEF's standards. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system under PPR-14 Rule 38 (2). The bidding document details eligibility criteria, bid scope, and terms and conditions. Bidders are required to submit bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement system by 02:00 PM on October 8, 2026.
