Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 3 years registration as an event management company, valid FBR and SRB tax registrations, experience organizing at least two large-scale academic events in Pakistan, a fully equipped Karachi office, and an average annual turnover of PKR 15 million over the last three years. Earnest money of Rs. 300,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi is mandatory.
