Prequalification of Vendors for Stall Fabrication and Miscellaneous Services at Expo Centre Karachi for FoodAg 2026

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites sealed requests from vendors, firms, and event management companies registered with tax authorities for prequalification to provide stall fabrication services along with other miscellaneous services at Expo Centre Karachi during FoodAg 2026, scheduled from 23rd to 26th November 2026. The scope includes stall up-gradation, electrification, carpeting, stall construction, branding, provision of refrigerators, cold storage, shelves, SMDs, printing facility, and other related services to exhibitors and TDAP if required during the event. Items being procured: - Stall up-gradation - Electrification - Carpeting - Stall construction - Branding - Provision of refrigerators - Cold storage - Shelves - SMDs - Printing facility The detailed scope of assignments is available in the prequalification documents. Bidders must apply through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS version 2). A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 5,000 must be submitted with the bid in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. Bids must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 12th September 2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rule 36(a) for open competitive bidding. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of TDAP is required. The original bid security must be physically submitted before the technical proposal opening time. Eligibility requires registration with tax authorities and compliance with bid security requirements. TDAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids or annul the bidding process with reasons communicated to bidders as per procurement rules.
