Tender Description
Nai Zindagi Trust is inviting sealed proposals from eligible service providers for prequalification under its Global Fund Grant (HIV) program implemented in 57 districts of Pakistan. The program aims to scale up comprehensive HIV prevention and harm reduction services for people who inject drugs (PWID), their families, and intimate partners. The procurement is for three categories of suppliers:
- Prequalifying suppliers for AAU services including dairy products & ice, drinking mineral water, water tanker services, laundry services, and LPG gas
- Prequalifying suppliers for general order suppliers including furniture & fixtures, social services, electronic & IT equipment
- Prequalifying suppliers for general supplies & services including tyres for vehicles/office supplies, housekeeping items, electronics equipment, and repair & maintenance work
Interested bidders must complete the online form available at http://tender.naizindagi.com/ and submit their bids by 3rd December 2026. The last date for collection of tender documents is 23rd November 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will be held on 24th November 2026 at the Nai Zindagi - PSM Office in Islamabad. Bids should be properly sealed and marked, and will be opened on 3rd December 2026 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bids without assigning any reason.
Suppliers must ensure compliance with all tender instructions and eligibility criteria. This is a valuable opportunity for suppliers experienced in providing services and goods related to healthcare support and operational logistics.
