The printing sample must be approved by the university before full production. Delivery is expected within 10 days or before, after approval of samples and handing over of printing data. Eligibility criteria include at least 5 years of relevant experience, registration with FBR and SRB as active taxpayers, submission of original bid security and tender fee, and local printing press or office location in Karachi.
