Tender Description
The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of 105/27 Stay Rod Complete under contract reference P90322 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Multan, Punjab, and bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 platform by the deadline of Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM. The bid opening will follow on the same day at 12:30 PM.

- 105/27 Stay Rod Complete (Quantity: 5311 units)
The technical specifications conform to DDS-29:2008 (Amended to date) and the procurement will be conducted on a fixed price basis inclusive of all taxes, duties, 0.5% inspection charges, and GST. Delivery is required within 120 days or earlier to MEPCO regional stores located in Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, and D.G. Khan.
Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid PEC categories if applicable, and comply with all eligibility criteria including non-blacklisting and satisfactory past performance with MEPCO or DISCOs. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Performance security of 5% of the contract price will be required upon award.
The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be submitted online only; manual submissions will not be entertained.
