Procurement of 11KV Dropout Cutouts by Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO)

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of 11KV Dropout Cutouts under contract reference P85876 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Multan, Punjab, and bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by the deadline of Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 11:45 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM through the EPADS system. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee as specified. Performance security of 5% of the contract price is required upon award. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, compliance with technical specifications, no blacklisting, and satisfactory past performance with MEPCO or DISCOs.
