Tender Description
The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of electrical equipment and related services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement involves the supply and installation of a 15 KW Monarch Control Panel (NICE 3000) and an Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) System or equivalent, including spares for the elevator. The contract also covers complete installation, commissioning, testing, and training at the Electrical Plant Section of the Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station located in Tarbela.

Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the relevant PEC category for electrical goods and services, possess valid FBR registration, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of PKR 30,000/- in the form of CDR or bank draft in favor of Chief Engineer (O&M) 4th Extension HPS Tarbela, WAPDA, is mandatory. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ by 30th September 2026 at 1100 hrs. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Hard copies of bid security must reach the office before the bid closing time.
