Tender Description
The Women University Mardan is procuring 25 desktop computer systems to enhance its IT infrastructure in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is aimed at equipping the university with modern computing facilities to support academic and administrative functions effectively.
The technical scope includes supply and delivery of desktop computer systems meeting the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site to ensure compliance with site requirements and to understand the scale of the project. The procurement process is managed by the Women University Mardan's Procurement Office located on East Canal Road, Mardan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB), and relevant tax authorities including FBR and ATL. Firms should have relevant experience in supplying computer systems and must submit a 2% Earnest Money in the form of a bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Treasurer, Women University Mardan, attached with the financial proposal.
The bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by the submission deadline of May 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Procurement Office of the University of Haripur. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the tender document is placed on top followed by mandatory documents in the prescribed order before submission. This will help avoid disqualification due to improper documentation. Also, once submitted, bids are considered final with no scope for revision. The University reserves the right to adjust quantities as needed and to accept or reject any bid as per KPPRA and PPRA rules.
