Procurement of High End Enterprise LaserJet Wireless Printers

The Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited in Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the procurement of High End, Enterprise Level LaserJet Wireless Printers under Tender No. P-64/2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to acquire quality printing equipment to support the department's operational needs. Items being procured: - LaserJet Printers (High End, Enterprise, Wireless) Quantity: 60 units The printers must meet the following technical specifications: print speed of 38 pages per minute or higher, minimum memory of 256 MB, paper input capacity of at least 250 sheets, resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi, laser print technology, compatibility with Windows 11 (64-bit), Linux, and Mac OS, USB connectivity, WiFi enabled, and Gigabit Ethernet support. A comprehensive onsite warranty of 3 years including parts and labor is mandatory. The delivery location is NFC Building (Ex-RTO Islamabad), Mauv Area G9 Building, Islamabad, with a delivery schedule of 12 weeks from the date of award. Bidders must provide evidence of OEM partnership and ensure replacement of faulty components within three business days. Eligibility criteria include valid company registration, NTN and GST/PST registration, active taxpayer status, non-blacklisting affidavit, technical compliance, OEM support confirmation, and valid manufacturer authorization. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM. The original bid security in the form of a Pay Order must be submitted physically to the Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited office at Galaxy Business Center, 2nd Floor, Plot # 266-B, Street # 9, Sector I-9/3, Islamabad before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM via EPADS.
