Bahria University Lahore Campus invites sealed bids on E-PADs only for the procurement of 33 Desktop Tower Pro Computers and 2 GPUs from GST registered firms or suppliers. The technical specifications for the computers include: - Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7 265 (13 TOPS NPU, 20 cores, up to 5.3GHz) or higher - Chipset: Intel Q870 Chipset - Operating System: No OS - Memory: 16GB DDR5 5600 or higher - Power Supply: 260W or higher - Graphics: Integrated Graphics - Storage: 512 GB NVMe SSD or higher - Keyboard: Wired US English Black (same brand) - Mouse: USB Optical Mouse Black (same brand) - Chassis Intrusion Switch - Ports: USB 3.2 and 2.0 Type A, USB Type-C, HDMI, Display Port, Headphone Jack, RJ-45 Ethernet Port - Optical Drive: None - Display: 23.5 Inch FHD LED Monitor (same brand) or higher - Power Cord: System Power Cord - ENERGY STAR Qualified - TPM Security: Trusted Platform Module 2.0 - Speakers: Internal - Hardware Support Services: 3 Years Onsite Warranty Detailed specifications and scope of work are provided in the bidding documents available on the E-PADs/PPRA website or upon written application with NTN No and payment of Rs. 5,000 as non-refundable fee by Pay Order/DD in favor of Bahria University Islamabad. The deposit must be submitted at the Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15, Basement Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad between 09:00 to 16:00 hrs except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope as per PPRA Rules 2004. Hard copies of uploaded documents and bid security of Rs. 775,500 (original) must be deposited on or before 08 October 2026 by 11:00 hrs at the Office of DD Procurement. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be considered. Bidders must provide best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, and installation. Bahria University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance by invoking Rule 33 of PPRA-2004.
