Procurement of 50 KVA Generators

Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) invites electronic bids on bulk, lot-wise exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the provision of the following item from eligible bidders registered with relevant Registration Authorities/Tax Departments and meeting the requirements of this Bidding Document. Items being procured: - 50 KVA Generators Bidding documents are available electronically on Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and RWU (www.rwu.edu.pk) websites. No physical purchase of the bidding document is required unless expressly permitted by PPRA rules. Prospective bidders must submit their electronic bids through Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 11:30 AM on 15-Oct-2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may attend with valid authority letters. Bid Security must be furnished electronically in favor of Rawalpindi Women University as prescribed by PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement Portal. The original affidavit confirming non-blacklisting on stamp paper must be submitted physically at the address below before the closing date and time. Eligibility requires registration with relevant authorities, compliance with tax requirements, and adherence to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. University management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35.
