Tender Description
Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan is procuring air conditioners under the project titled Strengthening of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan funded by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). This procurement is specifically for the installation of air conditioners at the university campus in Mardan. The scope includes supply and installation of air conditioning units meeting the technical specifications required by the university. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Firms should have relevant experience and PEC registration if applicable. The tender follows the Single Stage – Two Envelopes Procedure with separate Technical and Financial Bids submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk.
