Procurement of Analytical Processing System, Digital Control System along with Printing Facility

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration (where applicable) for the procurement of an Analytical Processing System, Digital Control System along with Printing Facility. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Items being procured: - Analytical Processing System - Digital Control System - Printing Facility The delivery period is 3 times months after signing of the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or semi-government organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates issued by Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Audit reports for the last 3 financial years and attested bank statements for the last year must be provided. Attested copies of CNIC of CEO or Director are required. Trade link evidence between firm and OEM is necessary for distributors or agents. A judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization must be included. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years or works experience with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2,000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents is available on the PPRA website. Tender submission deadline is 08 October 2026 at 1030 hours, with tender opening on the same day at 1100 hours.
