Procurement of Android Mobile Phones

The Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) is procuring Android Mobile Phones to be delivered on FCS basis at the MEPCO IT Directorate in Multan. This procurement is specific to the supply of PTA approved Android Mobile Phones, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards. Bidders should also be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and have relevant experience in supplying electronic goods, preferably mobile phones. The key date for bid submission is 29th April 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS, and the physical copy of the bid security must be delivered to the office of the Director (Procurement) District MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on EPADS and to carefully prepare the bid security documents as per the specified format. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. Also, bidders should keep a copy of the tender number clearly marked on the envelope to avoid disqualification.
