Procurement of Qty-02 Aquarium for Terminal Building QIAP Quetta

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the procurement of Qty-02 Aquariums for the Terminal Building at Quetta International Airport (QIAP), Quetta. This procurement is open to bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments holding valid NTN & GST and listed on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bids must be submitted through the PPRA E-PAD System (https://epads.gov.pk) before the closing date and time. Earnest Money in the form of Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque of Rs. 100,000/- must be submitted in original to the office of In-Charge Logistics Quetta International Airport prior to bid submission deadline. Items being procured: - Qty-02 Aquariums Size: Length 10 feet, Height 48 Inches, Depth 30 Inches, Crystal Glass (19mm) Tempered (204ft) - Qty-02 Return Pumps - Qty-02 Sum Filtration fittings (Acrylic + Pipe fitting) - Iron Stand - Wood Work - Gravel 200kg - Decoration & Fish - Qty-01 Aquarium Size: Length 02 Meter, Height 1.5ft with stand filter, air filter and other accessories - Gravel 50kg The technical scope includes providing and installation of aquariums with specified dimensions and accessories as per the compliance sheet. The supplier must ensure the items conform to the technical brochures/specifications submitted with the bid and maintain the same quality at delivery. The contract includes warranty for one year from the date of receipt. Performance security of 10% of the contract value is required at contract signing. Bidders must be registered on the E-PADS portal and submit bids electronically. Earnest money must be submitted physically before the deadline. The bid opening will be held on Tuesday, 12th November 2026 at 12:00 hours at Quetta International Airport. Valid NTN, GST certificates and proof of Active Taxpayer List compliance must be submitted before bid opening.
