Procurement of Business Laptops for Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites quotations for the procurement of Business Laptops to be delivered at PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi. This procurement is aimed at acquiring high-performance laptops suitable for corporate sector use with specific technical specifications to meet PSO's operational requirements. Items being procured: - Laptop, Business category, Qty 100 units The laptops must feature Intel Core Ultra 7 255H processor with 16 cores, 14 threads, 12MB cache or equivalent, aluminum top and PC-ABS bottom casing, integrated chipset, 32 GB DDR5 SDRAM memory, integrated 1080p FHD webcam, 14 inch diagonal FHD anti-glare display, Intel Arc 140T Graphics or higher, 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD internal drive, integrated audio with internal speakers, multiple I/O ports including USB, HDMI, RJ-45, Thunderbolt 4, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, touchpad mouse, full size ANSI US QWERTY keyboard layout, 45 Whr long life lithium-ion battery with CE and UL certification, 1-year OEM warranty (parts/labor/onsite), pre-loaded Windows 11 Professional 64-bit OS, and standard carrying case with luggage strap, handle and shoulder strap. Bidders must be authorized business partners or distributors of the manufacturer in Pakistan and provide valid OEM certificates. Experience in supplying enterprise laptops to the corporate sector is required. The bid price must include all taxes, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning. Technical brochures and manufacturer website confirmation of the quoted model are mandatory. Delivery, installation, configuration, and testing must be completed within 3 to 5 days after purchase order issuance. Bidders must be registered with Income and Sales Tax Departments. The bidding process is Single Stage Two Envelope. Price quotations must be in USD with payment made in PKR as per State Bank of Pakistan exchange rates on delivery date. A penalty of 0.1% per day of undelivered quantity applies, capped at 10% of the order value. The submission deadline is 29th September 2026.
