Procurement / Renewal of Trellix Complete Endpoint Protection Business License for PNSC

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (MIS) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement and renewal of the Trellix Complete Endpoint Protection Business License for one year. This procurement is specifically for the MIS Department located at 12th Floor, PNSC Building, M.T Khan Road, Karachi. The items being procured include: - Renewal of Trellix Complete Endpoint Protection Business License with support and upgrades for one year (221 users) - Procurement of new Trellix Complete Endpoint Protection Business License with support and upgrades for one year (79 new users) The scope covers the provision of endpoint protection licenses with full support and upgrades for a total of 300 users. The licenses must be delivered within four weeks of the award. The successful bidder will provide onsite and online support, preventive maintenance, upgrades, patches, and deployment of new versions to ensure system health and protection against threats. The bidder must be a McAfee / Trellix authorized partner with at least one certified technical person and have a minimum of three years' experience in the relevant field. Financial stability and non-blacklisting affidavits are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically to the MIS Department at the PNSC Building before the deadline. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. Earnest money or bid securing declaration is mandatory. The contract includes a performance guarantee of 2% of the contract price.
