Tender Description
The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of canvas tarpaulins to be delivered at SNGPL Camp, Main Indus Highway, Ghazni Khel, Lakki Marwat. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender number FCS/LKI/TE/023/26. Items being procured include:
- Canvas Tarpal Size: 34' x 38' (6 Nos)
- Canvas Tarpaline Size: 60' x 40' (8 Nos)
- Canvas Tarpal Size: 36' x 36' (6 Nos)
- Canvas Tarpal Size: 34' x 40' (6 Nos)
- Canvas Tarpal Size: 20' x 40' (8 Nos)
- Canvas Tarpal Size: 40' x 30' (7 Nos)
- Canvas Tarpal Size: 30' x 36' (8 Nos)
- Canvas Tarpal Size: 30' x 35' (6 Nos)
All tarpaulins are made of cotton-polyester blend for durability, weighing 20 oz per square yard, wax treated for waterproofing with a minimum 24-hour water proof guarantee. They feature rust-resistant brass grommets spaced every 24 to 36 inches along the perimeter and double-stitched lock seams for reinforcement. Bidders must mention brand name and country of origin.
The technical scope requires delivery within 15 days after purchase order placement to the specified SNGPL Camp location. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC category if applicable, FBR registration, and submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 3:00 PM on September 22, 2026, with original bid security physically submitted to SNGPL Camp before the deadline. Late submissions or manual bids will not be entertained.
