Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore invites encrypted electronic bids under single stage two envelopes from well reputed bidders having valid and active GST and NTN for procurement of various items through national competitive bidding using Unit Rate Method. The procurement is for Punjab Board of Technical Education located at 21-A Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. Items being procured: - Cloth (100 Meter) - Cloth Bags size 23 x 29 (10,000 Nos) - Cloth Bags size 24 x 33 (1,000 Nos) - Jute Bags (2,000 Nos) - Jute Thread (300 Kg) - Award List Theory (50,000 Nos) - Board Sticker (50,000 Nos) - Diary Register (50 Nos) - Dispatch Register (50 Nos) - Polythene multi Layer Envelopes (Biodegradable) size 15.5x11.5 (60,000 Nos) - Polythene multi Layer Envelopes (Biodegradable) size 14.5x19.5 (40,000 Nos) - Envelopes cloth Line for cso size 15.5 x 11.5 (30,000 Nos) - Envelopes cloth Line size 15.5x11.5 (30,000 Nos) - Envelopes cloth Line size 10x12 (10,000 Nos) - Envelopes simple size 15.5x11.5 (20,000 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of quality cloth, bags, biodegradable polythene envelopes, registers, and stickers as per specifications. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have NTN and GST. Earnest money in the form of bid security as prescribed under PPRA rules is mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA and PBTE websites. Bids must be submitted online on Punjab e-Procurement System website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/ and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ on 16-11-2026 till 11:00 A.M. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last minute issues. PBTE will not be responsible for any technical problems during submission. In case of official holiday on submission/opening day, the next working day will be treated as closing date.
