Procurement of COB Screen, UPS and Audio & Video Conference Solution for PEF Head Office Lahore

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a lump sum basis from eligible bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) and registered on Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System under PPR-14 Rule 38 (2) (a). The procurement is for the newly constructed PEF Head Office building located at Johar Town, Lahore. Items being procured: - Indoor COB Screen P1.2 Display Size: ~12x6 feet (Lot A) - 10 KVA UPS with battery Back-up (Lot B) - Audio & Video Conference Solution with Display (Lot C) The scope includes supply and installation of a large COB screen suitable for conference room use, a reliable 10 KVA UPS system with battery backup to ensure uninterrupted power, and a comprehensive audio and video conferencing solution with display for the grand meeting room. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and provide quality equipment suitable for a professional office environment. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and relevant tax authorities, and to be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price is mandatory for each lot. The bidding document is available immediately on the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA, and PEF websites. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal by 2:00 PM on August 21, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Punjab Education Foundation, 52-L, Gulberg-III near Kalma Chowk, Lahore. The bid validity period is 120 days from the closing date. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 shall govern the procurement process.
