Tender Description
The Emergency Services Department of the Government of the Punjab is inviting E-Bids from manufacturers and authorized distributors registered with the Tax Departments in Pakistan for the procurement of various IT and electronic equipment. This tender is specifically for suppliers who can provide high-quality technology products to support the department’s operational needs in Lahore.

The technical scope includes supply and delivery of advanced computing devices, networking equipment, power backup systems, surveillance cameras, interactive display boards, server infrastructure, wireless communication towers, and cooling systems for control rooms. The procurement aims to enhance the department’s technological capabilities and ensure reliable operations.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and have valid FBR registration. Experience in supplying similar IT and electronic equipment to government departments will be advantageous. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with a single-stage two-envelope procedure.
The submission deadline is **19-08-2026 up to 14:00 pm**, with electronic bid opening at 14:30 pm on the same day. Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the PDF upload method. Earnest Money in the form of bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically; no physical financial instruments will be accepted.
