Tender Description
The Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department, Government of the Punjab, invites E-bids from registered dealers, sellers, re-sellers, distributors, and manufacturers for the procurement of contingent goods and repairing & maintenance services for the Financial Year 2026-27 through a framework contract under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. This procurement is based in Lahore and aims to fulfill departmental needs for various goods and services.

- Stationery (Budget: Rs. 550,000)
- Printing & Publications (Budget: Rs. 600,000)
- Cost of Other Stores (Budget: Rs. 640,000)
- Computer Stationery (Budget: Rs. 320,000)
- Others (Budget: Rs. 300,000)
- Kits (Budget: Rs. 10,000,000)
- Repairing of Transport (Budget: Rs. 329,000)
- Repairing of Hardware (Budget: Rs. 76,000)

The total estimated cost for this procurement is Rs. 13,396,000. The scope includes supply of goods such as stationery, printing materials, computer stationery, and kits, along with repairing and maintenance services for transport, hardware, IT equipment, and furniture. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered dealers or manufacturers with valid FBR/ATL registration. A refundable Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost against each head must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement system through Bank Guarantee, 1 Link, online bank transfer, or PSID. No conditional bank guarantees will be accepted.
The bid closing date and time is set for 21st September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM. Bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the tender number and title to the Office of Section Officer (General), Tourism, Archaeology & Museums Department, Lahore, well before the closing date and time.
