Procurement of Dot Peen Metal Marking Machine

Items being procured: - Dot Peen Metal Marking Machine (Qty: 1) The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of the machine as per the detailed technical specifications provided in the tender documents. The machine must be brand new, from the current production year, and conform to the purchaser's specifications. OEM certificates, quality certifications, and inspection documents must be provided. The machine should bear the manufacturer's identification marking. The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract, with an advance sample required before bulk supply. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with HIT or other government/semi-government organizations, NTN, Sales Tax registration, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC of CEO/Director, and a certificate of non-blacklisting. Firms must submit a bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order. The bid validity period is 120 days extendable to 180 days. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes: Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal, sealed and delivered to the Supply Chain Management Directorate, Heavy Industries Taxila, Gate No 5, Taxila Cantt by 10:30 hours on 20 August 2026.
