Procurement of Electrical Consumable Items, Hardware Items (Tonners), and Inverter with Lithium Battery

The Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, Nawabshah, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of various electrical and hardware items along with installation services for an inverter with lithium battery. This procurement is aimed at supporting the university's operational and maintenance needs in Nawabshah, Sindh. Items being procured: - Electrical Consumable Items - Hardware Items (Tonners) - Provision & Installation of Inverter with Lithium Battery The scope includes supply and installation of quality electrical consumables and hardware items suitable for institutional use, as well as the installation of an inverter system with lithium battery technology to ensure reliable power backup. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as outlined in the bid documents. Eligibility criteria require valid registration for NTN & GST (for goods) and SRB (for services), a minimum of three years of relevant experience, turnover as specified in the bid document, and fulfillment of mandatory documentation requirements. Tender fees of Rs. 7,000 per tender are non-refundable and payable via cash deposit or pay order in favor of 'PUMHSW OTHER RECEIPTS ACCOUNT'. The bid security amounts are Rs. 200,000 for electrical consumables and inverter tender, and Rs. 150,000 for hardware items. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA-EPADS portal by 21-09-2026 at 11:15 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:45 AM at EPADS-Sindh.
