Procurement of Furniture for Financial Year 2026-27

Rawalpindi Medical University invites E-Bids on item wise basis from well reputed Firms, Companies, Manufacturers, and General Order Suppliers registered on Punjab E-PADS for the Financial Year 2026-2027 for Procurement of Furniture. Items being procured: - Furniture (specific items not listed in the notice) Bidding will be conducted on a Single Stage Two Envelopes basis through Punjab E-PADS. Bidders must be registered with FBR and provide income tax/sales tax certificates from the relevant department, professional tax certificate for FY 2026-2027 (Punjab), list of relevant major supplies, evidence of financial soundness, estimated amount and bid security as mentioned in bidding documents. A 2% bid security must be submitted through Bank of Punjab in favor of the Vice Chancellor Rawalpindi Medical University Rawalpindi. Conditional, optional, incomplete, or non-compliant bids will be considered Non-Responsive. Bidding documents with evaluation criteria, specifications, and terms are available free of cost on http://ep.punjab.gov.pk, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and www.rmur.edu.pk. Prospective bidders must submit their E-Bids on or before 28-09-2026 till 10:30 a.m. on Punjab E-PADS. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Bidders are advised to upload e-bids well before the deadline. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the bid opening day. RMU reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required certificates and bid security instruments are prepared and uploaded timely on Punjab E-PADS to avoid disqualification due to incomplete submissions.
