Tender Description
The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and registered manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or authorized dealers for the procurement of HV Bushing for 31.5/40MVA Power Transformer under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned by the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU SEPCO Sukkur and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured:
- HV Bushing for 31.5/40MVA Power Transformer (Quantity: 10 Nos)
The HV Bushings must comply with NTDC / IEC standards and specifications. Delivery is required within 180 days or earlier to the SEPCO Warehouse located near 132kV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur, Sindh. Partial delivery and payment against partial delivery are allowed. Bidders must submit bids on EPADS v2.0 and physically submit the original bid security before the deadline. Bid security must be 2% of the total bid amount excluding GST, valid for 150 days from bid opening. The bidding process follows Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, manufacturer authorization if applicable, and compliance with technical specifications. Bidders must provide evidence of manufacturing experience, operational certificates, and financial capacity as per bidding documents. The bid validity period is 120 days. Bids will be opened online on September 30, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. SEPCO reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% during contract concurrence.
