Procurement of ICT Equipment for GreenAI Project in Rawalpindi

The Ministry of Defence, through the Project Director of its GreenAI Project Management Unit located in Rawalpindi, is procuring a range of ICT equipment under the PSDP approved project titled Development of ICT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Based Precision Agriculture Systems Utilizing Dual Use Aerospace Technologies - GreenAI. This procurement specifically targets the supply of brand new ICT devices including 55 inch Touch LED Displays, standard LED Displays of various sizes, network switches, SSDs, USB drives, HDMI cables, LED stands, and All In One PC Workstations with high-end specifications such as Core i9 processors, dual graphic cards, 1TB SSD, and 32 GB DDR5 RAM. The scope also includes ancillary items like floor polishing and shoe cleaning machines to support the project environment. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and provide valid NTN and sales tax certificates. Firms should have relevant experience supplying similar ICT equipment and must submit their bids in a single stage two envelope format, separating technical and financial proposals. Earnest Money in the form of a bid security amounting to PKR 200,000 is mandatory and must accompany the technical bid. The warranty for all items must be valid and verifiable through OEM websites. Partial bids are accepted, and delivery is expected within 14 days of contract signing.
