Tender Description
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge, Orakzai, invites bids for the procurement and installation of a server for the Case and Financial Management Information System (CFMIS) in Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is conducted under the national competitive bidding procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014, Rule 6 (2) (b) Single Stage, Two Envelopes method. The scope includes supply and installation of one server at the District Courts, Orakzai, located in Baber Mela, Hangu. Interested suppliers must be manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with the Income/Sales Tax Department and listed on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Additionally, registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority is mandatory. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2% of the quoted value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Senior Civil Judge, Orakzai. The bid must include separate technical and financial envelopes, with an affidavit in the technical bid confirming the placement of bid security in the financial bid. The bids must be complete and submitted via EPADS by 12:00 PM on 9th June 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room of District Courts Orakzai in the presence of the Purchase Committee and bidders or their representatives.
