Tender Description
NADRA Islamabad invites bids for the procurement of 162 IP Phones distributed across regional offices in Islamabad, Karachi, Peshawar, and Sargodha. This procurement falls under Electronics & Appliances and IT & Office Equipment categories, aimed at enhancing communication infrastructure within NADRA's network.
The tender requires delivery of IP Phones within 4 weeks on a DDP basis. The phones must support SIP protocol, have HD voice quality, multilingual interface, and comply with international standards including TIA-920 and IEEE 1329. The technical specifications emphasize durability, acoustic clarity, and compatibility with leading IP PBX systems. A sample phone must be submitted for testing alongside the technical bid. The procurement is for a turnkey solution ensuring full installation and warranty support.

Submission deadline is 16th April 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic bids submitted via EPADS and hard copies of bid security and sample phones delivered physically to NADRA HQ, G-5/2 Islamabad. Technical bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM the same day. The contract will be awarded on a least cost basis after technical compliance verification.
