The technical scope covers delivery, installation, and warranty services with minimum product life cycles and extended warranty requirements. Bidders must be registered with FBR and provincial tax authorities, and comply with PEC and SPPRA rules. Bid security of Rs. 785,585 is required, refundable for unsuccessful bidders.
