Procurement of SAN for DR Site

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the procurement of a Storage Area Network (SAN) for its Disaster Recovery (DR) Site located at Korangi LMT Datacenter, Karachi. This procurement includes supply, installation, and configuration of SAN and SAN switches with integration capabilities to existing Tape Library and Cisco Chassis infrastructure. Items being procured: - Storage Array for SAP Server FC Connection (1 unit) featuring SSD Enterprise Class Storage, dual active-active controllers, 128 GB internal cache, 8 x 32Gbps FC ports, RAID 5/6 support, 6 hot-plug SSD NVMe drives with minimum 20 TB usable capacity, management software license, dual redundant power supplies, and 5-year warranty with on-site maintenance SLA. - SAN Switches (2 units) with minimum 24 active ports supporting 8-G, 16-G, 32-G, and 64-Gbps auto-sensing, 24 x 32Gbps FC SFP transceivers, multi-mode OM4 fiber cables, rack-mountable 1RU form factor, redundant power supplies and fans, centralized management, backward compatibility, and 5-year parts and labor onsite warranty. The scope includes delivery to PSO LMT Korangi premises, installation by certified engineers from the OEM, training of two PSO engineers, and provision of all related documentation. The bidder must ensure compliance with PSO HSE policies and provide a local parts depot in Karachi for critical spares. Payment will be made in PKR based on SBP exchange rates after successful delivery, installation, and acceptance. Bidders must submit technical proposals including OEM confirmation of product support for five years, BOQ with part numbers, and evidence of certified engineers.
