Tender Description
The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) invites sealed E-bids (Technical & Financial) for the procurement of IT Equipment and Multimedia Production Equipment in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is open to firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint Venture or Consortium participation is allowed.
Items being procured:
- Supply of IT Equipment (Lot-I) with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,900,000
- Supply of Multimedia Production Equipment (Lot-II) with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,800,000
The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. Bidders must submit bids on or before 1st October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each lot, payable through the prescribed digital banking facility and must be attached with the Technical Bid. The bid validity period is 120 days.
The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Incomplete or conditional bids and those without specified bid security will be rejected. Tender documents and further information can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/).
Interested bidders should ensure FBR/ATL registration and compliance with all eligibility criteria. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per applicable rules. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and timelines to avoid disqualification.
