The scanner supports automatic document feeding with a daily volume of 3,000 pages, USB 3.0 connectivity, and high optical resolution. The color laser printer supports duplex printing, up to 600 dpi resolution, and a monthly duty cycle of 50,000 pages. Bidders must provide OEM authorization letters, complete technical data, and comply fully with the bid qualification criteria including NTN/STRN registration and active tax filer status. Tender fee of Rs 2,000 and bid security of Rs 200,000 in the form of bank drafts are mandatory. Delivery is required within 60 days of contract award at Rawalpindi.
