Items being procured: - Multi-functional Attendance Machine (Qty: 110 units) with built-in facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, RFID reader, WIFI, IP-65 rating, full-view LCD touch screen (>=5"), recognition distance 0.3m to 2m, RFID card registration capacity >50,000, face registration capacity >10,000, biometric registration capacity >2,000, 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM memory, ultra-fast facial recognition, manual attendance options (Check-In, Check-Out, Break-In, Break-Out), online enrollment over WAN/LAN/VPN, prevention of duplicate enrollments. - Access Control Software (Qty: 1 unit) capable of synchronizing user records with centralized server, uploading users to devices, retrieving attendance data in List.DAT/XML format, scheduled automatic downloads every 30 minutes, deletion of user records, configurable enrollment authentication methods, and synchronization of date/time across devices. The scope includes supply, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, and a two-year Service Level Agreement covering hardware and software support including parts replacement. The integration must comply with PSO's IT security standards and will undergo security assessment prior to go-live.
