Tender Description

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi is procuring IT Equipment for office use under the financial year 2025-26. This procurement includes a variety of IT hardware such as all-in-one desktop computers, high volume heavy duty document scanners, desktop sheet-fed scanners, lithium ion based double conversion online UPS, surveillance hard disk drives, solid state drives, hard disk drives, wired USB keyboards, and wired computer mice. The delivery location is the NAB office at GPO Building, Main I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. The technical specifications are detailed and include requirements such as Intel Core i5 13th generation or higher CPUs for desktops, 8 GB DDR5 RAM, 512 GB SSD storage, and 18.5 inch or higher LED displays. Scanners must support A3 desktop sheet fed scanning with high resolution and advanced features like barcode recognition and ultrasonic double-feed detection. The UPS must be 3000 VA online double conversion with lithium ion batteries and intelligent battery management. Storage devices include 8 TB surveillance HDDs and 120-128 GB mSATA SSDs. Keyboards and mice must be USB wired with ergonomic and multimedia features. All items carry a minimum warranty of one year. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, hold Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and provide valid GST certificates. Bid security of 3% of the total bid value is required in the form of a bank draft or pay order, submitted both physically and online before the deadline. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by June 4, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission on EPADS v2.0, as late or manual bids will be disqualified. Also, carefully prepare the technical bid to meet all specifications and attach all required documents including bid security to avoid rejection. The procurement follows PPRA rules and the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
