Procurement of IT Equipment for Rawalpindi Women University

Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) invites e-bids on bulk, Lot-wise through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the provision of IT equipment from reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax and/or Punjab Sales Tax) with an active taxpayer profile and adequate experience. Bids shall be processed on a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Lot-1 Projectors - Lot-2 Smart Interactive LEDs Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Rawalpindi Women University (www.rwu.edu.pk). Prospective bidders must submit their e-bids through Punjab e-Procurement System before 11:30 AM on 21-Sept-2023. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security must be submitted through Bank of Punjab (online drawn) as per PITB/Punjab e-Procurement Portal procedures in favor of Rawalpindi Women University. The original affidavit confirming non-blacklisting on stamp paper, copies of Income Tax certificate, GST and/or PST certificates (where applicable), and Professional Tax Certificate must be submitted in physical form before the closing date and time. All copies must be properly attested. Failure to provide these documents will result in bid rejection. University management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions on the Punjab e-Procurement System and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
