Procurement of IT Hardware, Renovation & IT Work, and Backup Storage for Punjab Information Technology Board Data Center

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites bids for multiple procurement lots related to IT hardware, renovation, and backup storage for its Data Center. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Laptops including Laptop - Ultra 7 16'' (11 units), Laptop - Ultra 7 14'' (6 units), Laptop - Ultra 5 (14 units) - Lot 2: Desktops including Desktop PC - Core i7 (8 units) - Lot 3: Mobile & Tablets including Mobile Phone - Android (2 units), Tablet - Android (3 units) - Lot 4: Printers including Laser Printer (6 units), All In One Printer (3 units) - Lot 5: Photocopiers including Photocopy Machine (1 unit), Color MFP (3 units) - Lot 6: Scanners including Document Scanner (1 unit), Lamp Scanner (2 units) - Lot 7: UPS including UPS - 1KVA (10 units) - Lot 8: Display Screens including Display Screens - 55'' (4 units), Display Screens - 85'' (4 units) - Lot 9: Renovation, Partitioning, Furniture, Electrical & IT Work on a turnkey basis for Data Center PITB (Multiple quantity) - Lot 10: Backup Hardware Storage/NAS (3 units) The procurement covers IT hardware for automation of Punjab Horticulture Authority project, renovation and IT work on a turnkey basis for PITB Data Center, and backup storage hardware. Bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and submit technical and financial bids separately. Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online via Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on 18 September 2026. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours the same day. Earnest money (bid security) amounts vary per lot, ranging from Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 2,400,000. Bidders should ensure timely uploading of bids on the eP portal to avoid last-minute issues. PITB reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
